Tools FL Insurance Agents Actually Use.
Reviewed by the Operator Who Builds Their Tech.

I'm Tim. I run Filld (dental scheduling SaaS) and built MarketPulse (FL insurance agent lead intel). To make MarketPulse work, I had to live inside the agent tech stack — CRMs, dialers, AI tools, lead-gen. These reviews come from that work, not from an SEO playbook.

Why I Built This

Tim Dussault · Founder of Filld & MarketPulse · Former realtor · Multi-business operator

Most "best insurance tool" sites are SEO bait — written by people with zero connection to the industry. The "reviews" are paragraph-long ad copy with affiliate links bolted on.

I'm not a licensed insurance agent. I'm the operator who builds tools agents use. Filld is my dental scheduling SaaS. MarketPulse is my FL insurance agent lead-intel product. To build MarketPulse, I had to deeply understand the FL agent workflow — what CRMs they use, what dialers convert, where AI actually saves time vs. where it breaks.

Before SaaS I was a Florida realtor. Before that I flipped houses and ran an industrial crating manufacturer. Different industries, same playbook: pick the right tools, deploy them, measure what works. The reviews here come from running that playbook in a regulated, margin-thin industry where the wrong tool stack costs agents six lost hours a week.

If something in this guide saves you 2 hours a week, that's 100 hours a year. That's the bar.

⚠️

One disclosure I want above the fold: MarketPulse is a product I built. It's listed in the lead-gen category because I'd genuinely pay for it if someone else made it. But you should know I make money on it differently than the other affiliate tools listed here. Here's the long version of why I built it.
